Hate the chat service if something goes wrong. Chat take time an effort to get a live person and then that person can only help if it's a routing problem. I'm learning disabled and need someone to talk me through problems. Taking time to type and then follow directions makes me loose track of what I'm doing. Visible is too cumbersome to get activated and then get help. I like Mint Mobile now.

So I switched from AT&T to ViSible. It's fine. Works great. The Att folder with their apps such myATT are still there. Can I delete the folder without affecting phone function? I have a S22
I bought a visible phone. I've now bin through 3 sim cards and every time I try to activate it the phone bricks the sim card I now have to order my 4th this is absolutely the worst phone company I have ever seen. As soon as I insert my sim the phone says it's not recognized. My friend put his IPhone sim in my phone and it worked instantly.
I have a question. I’m locked out of my visible account and need my phone number to get a code to login. I’m waiting on my new SIM card to come in the mail - I switched from e sim. Once I get the SIM card, will I be able to receive messages right away? So I can get the code to be able to login? Or would I still need to login to visible first and “activate” before being able to receive messages?
Unfortunately known of my phones appear to work on their network. It's mostly certain Samsung, Motorola, LG, and ZTE phones, and pretty much every IPhone (except IPhone 5s or lower) or Google Pixel.
I just dislike that you can't check if a phone is incompatible or compatible without having the phone first and I really want to get a TCL 20s for Christmas
It's crazy that this video came out right after I switched from Visible lol. I used Visible for awhile, but my service at work is virtually non existent unless you go outside in the parking lot, but even then it's not the best. And as someone who spends almost 60 hrs per week at work, you can see why I switched lol. Yeah, my bill will cost twice as much....but in my opinion, I'd happily pay it for service that works at work lol.
I guess is all location, I like Visible a lot, side by side against my TMobile, Visible outperforms the big T by a long shot. Often, I have to use the hotspot feature in in Visilbe to connect my TMobile to data,
Hey Karl, What city are you in? I'm really considering switching to Visible from T-Mobile as well. My service in terms of call quality and data have really gone down. And I'm on Magenta max family plan and can't seem to figure out why I'm having issues. Any feedback on your experience with Visible would be appreciated!
@@midnightblue2 I can give you a whole feed back on TM, but I go to the point, Was a happy Sprint customer, forced into TM. Voice and text on TM is ok, Data fails constantly (often NO INTERNET ) message, I am Uber eats driver and depend on app on my TM, when TM network fails I turn my trusty old iphone SE Visible hotspot on and connect my TM via WIFI to save the day. Voice and data on the Visible (Verizon ) network is outstanding and much better than TM, I am in Long Island NY, just out of NYC, as I type this sitting at home, side by side,,, Visible has better download and upload than TM. Hope you have good experience, good luck

For a month I ordered s SIM card not yet go to amozone to get a sim card
When I payed for the service I think it didn’t activate it because it says there is zero service
Their website doesn't say anything about caller ID, does it come with their service?
