The fire team is in a no rush what so ever. Safety measures around the fire site are ridiculous. Cars passing, people close by. What us that? Are they serious? From the time they arrived on site till the time the fire pump started it took them 135 seconds. Is that acceptable? Any risk assessment? Where is the back up? Unbelievable
