Hi Zeus. Yes, 5th skill only available for storm. Tested both in different scenarios. Meteor storm of Gale doing 2.5M dmg/sec, while Strike doing 2.1M dmg/sec. If SM is offlevel, Strike will do better than Storm but not effective after last IGCN's update where each char can only pick Uriel/Ability while being online.

You need 50 Ability Cards and 10 jewel of bless. Mix them on the chaos machine and you will get the new skill.
