    I put good amount on some promising ETF's this morning, QQQ, SCHD and TQQQ.

      My portfolio just cracked $50 million this week, I have an all exclusive 30 fund ETF portfolio with M1 Finance worth about $4.7 million that’s on both Margin loans and Leveraged ETFs that are being dollar cost averaged into such as TQQQ, UPRO, and TMF. Been working out very well for me. The key is to DCA. Never put a lump sum into leveraged anything. That’s a recipe for disaster!!

      Your time horizon must be VERY LONG for SCHD to be of value.

    Solid interview, I plan on using this strategy to beat the vancouver housing market by renting a house instead of owning it. Way more achievable with the income investing strategy. Thanks for helping us all see how possible FI is with this strategy Erica and Adriano.

    To be a successful business owner and investor, you have to be emotionally neutral to winning and losing. Winning and losing are just part of the game. Risk comes from not knowing what you are doing....

      With Bitcoin ETFs gaining popularity, some predict the price might reach $100k. Should I consider investing my $500k cash savings now, or have I missed the optimal time for potential gains?

      I recently sold half my tech stock holdings due to all-time highs, leaving me with $400k. Should I invest in ETFs now or wait for a market correction considering potential inflation?

    24:35 it's not hard to know how much you are living off of you portfolio. The answer is how much are your withdrawing a month? Simple.

    Im generating 3k per month from options and reinvesting into a dividend paying account that generates 5k per month. That increases by 100 bucks per month. So by years end that will be up to 6k a month. My W2 exit strategy starts when that hits the 20k per month. Not because I need that much to live on, but I want to be able to help the people i love.

  • @sonja8942
    @sonja8942 หลายเดือนก่อน

    I’ve been doing that for years now and reinvesting originally half all dividends received. I reinvest more now like 3/4 and that’s because more money is now coming in I can reinvest more.

    Selling a covered call is the safer play …. Buying calls is basically placing a bet. Same with puts … selling puts is safer than buying puts, again it’s more like a bet. When you sell you take on the role of the “house”. When you buy you take on the role of the “bet placer”. You know the house almost always wins😎

    Why does he pay the dreaded CRA witholding tax at 25% on his CPP if he's still a Canadian resident? It should only be 15%. You should only be paying that if he's not a Canadian resident!! He would be much better off breaking ties with Canada and becoming a non resident for the penalizing Canadian taxes and live tax free in Panama, only pay 25% on the measly CPP since he's probably not eligible for the meagre OAS anyway!

    Haven't seen them in a while, didn't know they moved to Panama, what area did they move to in Panama? I remember wanting to do the Friendly Nations Visa for $5k you could setup a company there and get permanent residency, that was great, but short lived, the Panama government got greedy. Then they changed it to $300k real estate investment, and now I understand it's going to $500k. Fuck that.
