Feels like Pizzahead was meant to be serious about crushing Peppino at some point, instead of just trolling around no matter what. The final game still has the Pizza Boy icon in the file select getting angrier and angrier as Peppino makes progress.

I wish they kept the insane Pizzahead at the end, I love the boss rush that we got in the final game but I wish that Pizza Head entered the insane state during the end of the boss rush, feel like it would’ve been better.

While I do agree that Pizza Head on the third phase was a bit of a disappointment, there would also be no reason for him to go absolute psycho. There’s no way Peppino is a threat to him because while Peppino own this one little shop, Pizza Head owns an entire enterprise. Pizza Head just wanted to assert his power on Peppino because he thought it was funny. Plain and simple. The whole time he takes things as a joke, which I think is an iconic mile stone of his personality. Some theorize there was never a laser in the first place, and it was all just a joke. Plus, I think they show Pizza Head unhinged anyway without actually having to show it. Throughout the whole time, he’s basically making a man who already has anxiety have a mental breakdown, and he does heinous cloning experiments, and with the way, the Tower works and is designed it can only come for the mind of a crazy person such as Pizza Head. Plus the TVs in the background of the second phase already indicate his mental state. The fact that he’s doing all of this and just chuckles away treating it like ha ha funnies, clearly indicates that he’s already off the chain. I think they just should’ve made the third phase attacks, more intense….. but not make Pizza Head unhinged. (sorry for writing a novel, but I have to defend my boy here)

You cannot, this fight is not in the Steam Build or any old Patron Build at all. This footage was taken in a closed beta Playtest Build which only a few people had access to, and these builds are not currently planned to be published right now.
