Bhai domain group policy is not working on windows 10 computer however if i login from the same user on window 7 it works.

Domain control laptop or desktop working in office wifi network but when it is use to out of office then sms to laptop or desktop domain not available.. make sure your laptop network. How to solved this problem? it is matter to group policies??
