Haha! Yes, D.O. is also known as Satansoo (Satan + Kyungsoo, his real name) by some fans because he can be savage especially when teased (mostly by Chanyeol haha). But to be honest he’s the sweetest and most caring! He takes care of his members so well and cooks for them.
He’s just very quiet and look like he glares, but It’s because he has astigmatism so It’s hard for him to see. Kai and the others used to not like him because they thought D.O. was giving them a bad look 😂😂😂 then they got to know him and they became instantly close.

well thank u for ur reactions to EXO, i really appreciate that but EXO-L is their fans name n L it means LOVE or LET'S LOVE n not LAY hhh , the song PROMISE was released in 2015 after the 3 chinese members left the group so the rest of EXO members felt guilty n shame of EXOLS bcs they always say they are one, but 3 members left the group , and that means they didn't keep their promise , then the rest members decided to make a song for their fans n apologies to them so LAY produced n wrote the lyrics of that song n CHEN n CHANYEOL also helped in lyrics , in the first place SM rejected that song bcs SM has a compact system and It doesn't allow its idols to produce and compose music but the members insisted on singing this song for the fans, and in the end the members sang the song on their live stage , the song has a beautiful n meaningful lyrics , the fans really love that song n it became like our anthem hh

FYI, three of them are in the military - Xuimin, D.O. and Suho. Its mandatory in S.Korea for men to enlist before 29/30 years of age. Baekhyun, Chen and Chanyeol are all the same age and will be going in soon. Lay is Chinese so it doesn't apply to him. Kai & Sehun are the youngest and still have some time before enlisting.

Lay is still in exo, but because of the issue mentioned in the video, he can't promote with them (political issues between South Korea and China).
However, he was included (although very minimal in the Korean version, more on the Chinese version) in the Tempo MV. Also, he's really close with the boys that he doesn't fail to mention them whenever possible in interviews. In one of his recent shows, he showed his phone wallpaper to the other guests that it is his brothers (EXO). In another instance, Lay flew directly to Korea just to send DO off to the military, before literally running back to the airport. There was a video where he's literally running back because he might miss his flight.
I just wanted to share that so you could get a glimpse of the boys' bond with each other. I recommend seeing their individual guides to actually know them since this guide isn't complete (its basically a simple walkthrough) but its up to you.

Exo-L, which stands for love, is represented as "L" comes between K and M in the alphabet....ExoK had 6 Korean members, and ExoM (for Mandarin Chinese) had 2 Korean members and 4 Chinese members. All 12 learned either Chinese or Korean, all songs were recorded in Korean and Chinese, all music videos had a Korean and Chinese version, each featuring the K and M members and language. But all members are featured somewhere in all mvs. Since the 3 Chinese members, Kris, Luhan and Tao left the group in 2014-2015, SM just assumed to unite the remaining 9 into just one group, Exo. No K or M. But primarily concerts were all in Korean.
As each member had their own inspirations besides Exo group music, all side projects whether acting or modeling or solo work were supported by SM, and all side projects were consolidated around Exo schedules, music and tours.
In 2016 Lay wanted to go to China to make a solo album, (Lay was always writing music) and although supported by SM, Lay produced his first solo album himself, using his own money, therefore able to do what he wanted, how he wanted. By now Exo members had been very successful and affluent.
As Lay was making his solo album, of course planning to come back to resume Exo activities when finished, there were political tensions heating up between South Korea and China...the US, being stationed in S Korea, installed an anti-missile system on the border facing North Korea...and although it is facing N Korea, it is also facing China, which compromises their military might (or I feel, the element of surprise), and tensions included hateful riots at the border. Since then, the borders and travel and business was sanctioned, leaving Lay stuck there since. He can visit S Korea and Exo members but cannot conduct business, and Exo is business. Yet Lay is still under contract with SM, so he is still a member, but cannot participate in Exo activities. Also, there are haters who hate Lay for his success, and eyes are always watching him since he can be easily viewed as a traitor.
So since then, 2017, Lay has focused on his music, and this year has released his fourth solo album, and has become extremely successful with his music, in China, Korea, worldwide. He started his own production company Zhang Yixing Studios (his real name, Yixing (Yee-shing). And he has become a very high-status celebrity in China, Asia, and one of the richest men in China....check out his latest mv "Lit" (which means "lotus" flower in Chinese). His company co-produced tthe mv, and of course Lay used his own money.....a cool 1.4 million US. Of course as Lay becomes more successful, the more money SM makes too.
Anyway, we are all hoping he can come back to Exo eventually.
Now to properly get into Exo, you need to know their concept. They are aliens from another planet, their planet, Exoplanet. Each member has a superpower vital to the balance of the Universe, and preserving life. That's all for now, will go into more info later.🤯👋

Lay is currently inactive because of the Political conflict between China and South Korea. Lay is also the ambassador of his hometown (Changsha) which makes it harder for him to promote with EXO. Rest assured that he’s still one of the members and he never gets tired reminding it to fans. Lay and the members often mention each other and got to meet at times privately.
