Not to be harsh or overly critical Martin but I have a sneaking suspicion that your estimation of your abilities in the kitchen might be somewhat overstated. Confidence in oneself is an admirable quality; to a degree!
That looked like about 6 years ago! A lot dryer than my version though. I make it with a lot more tomato sauce in it and more onions. 👀👍

I can tell this is an "old" unseen video as 1.Sharon's cooking on the big range cooker not the camping stove 2. Sharon's hair is now lighter 3. Barney's in the background and 4. your hair is longer. The chilli looks good though!
