I'm so happy I got to get on VelociCoaster is September. I got caught up in the hype, but the ride really delivered. It moved the park from my top 10 overall to my top 4. It was amazing and the rest of the park rocks.
Seeing this list makes me both super excited and mildly depressed because I'm spending a week at Walt Disney world with my marching band in April, but we can't aren't allowed to go anywhere like universal or SeaWorld. I guess I really can't complain though because Disney world is absolutely incredible
Great video! I've honestly never been anywhere near Florida before but those top parks sound awesome and fun and it's great you got to go to them and I like learning about them a lot. A lot of people probably just go to Florida to go to the beach and don't go to these parks but I think if they did they would have a great time and really enjoy it. I enjoyed watching!
Words can not describe how heavily I sighed in relief each time a Disney park was named before Busch Gardens Tampa. I knew you'd put Animal Kingdom above it, but I just think Busch Gardens Tampa is a top 2 park in the state. Next to Islands, it has the best combo of themes and thrills.
I think the main problem with Disney World is the fact that they're really bad at operations and really doesn't know how to manage their huge crowds, it is so bad that if there is a ride you want to ride multiple times it is very difficult to do (most popular rides are going to be a 2 hour wait unless you can dish out the money for lightning lane which will cut it to Universal Studios wait time for their most popular attraction and the extremely popular attraction have a completely different system to get on quicker in which they make it impossible to benefit from multiple times in a day), but that being said Disney does have some classic rides and usually has the best quality food of any theme park. They also have a very immersive Star Wars theme even though people complain about the lack of popular Star Wars characters there and Animal Kingdom is the most immersive park in the World. The parks do deserve to be over all the amusement park even though you will more likely want to go to the amusement parks over it do to the thrills and much less stress of planning trips to them.
Dude Universal is awesome! Gringots is by far my favorite dark ride, and Mummy is probably my favorite indoor coaster. I was really blown away by the park in general, but definitely agree IoA is where it’s at.
Having been to Universal Studios in Orlando I can say it fits about where you put it on the list but that isn't saying it is bad. In fact it is definitely worth visiting in my opinion. Diagon Alley is simply amazing to be in and walk around in and Escape From Gringotts is loads of fun and has some of the most immersive theming out there. Also Mummy is incredibly fun and one of my favorite indoor coasters. Rip Ride Rockit, Transformers, Men in Black, and ET are all fun attractions. Also the Bourne Stuntacular is one of the most impressive shows I've ever seen at a park! Definitely visit when you next go to Orlando.
Yeah it is really amazing to hear that someone didn't go to Universal Studios when it isn't much more money to get a 2 park ticket. I literally spent my entire visit at Universal in both parks every day: usually starting in IOA then spend the more crowded time in Universal Studios then spend the night back in IOA
My favorite is Busch Gardens Tampa followed by SeaWorld Orlando, Magic Kingdom, Universal's Islands of Adventure, Disney's Animal Kingdom, EPCOT, Universal Studios Florida and Disney's Hollywood Studios. And for those of you who love waterparks, my favorite is Aquatica followed by the former Wet n' Wild Orlando (R.I.P.), Disney's Blizzard Beach and Disney's Typhoon Lagoon. I hope to visit the two Fun Spot parks along with Universal's Volcano Bay, Rapids Waterpark in Riviera Beach and the upcoming Universal's Epic Universe in the future.
Currently planning a Florida coaster trip so this video is coming out at the perfect time. Personally Epcot is my favorite Disney park because as I have gotten older I have gotten a greater appreciation for what the world showcase has to offer, but really all the Disneyworld parks are S tier besides magic Kingdom which is in A.
If your planning a Florida coaster trip then it is usually best to avoid Disney as Disney is an entirely separate vacation. SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, Universal, and night at the Fun Spots, but if your going to you need a 2 day relaxation, where you do your days at Disney then relax the 2 days then finish with the thrill coaster parks or vice versa otherwise you not going to be able to fully enjoy the parks you hit after your 4th day.
it is funny that the park that has most of Disney Worlds coasters you consider the worst of the 4, though to be fair being able to see the beauty of the park over spend most of your day in lines or rushing to experience as much of the rides as you can is a much better experience

When I went to Universal my one time in 2014, it was a music department trip between days at Epcot and MK. I only rode Minions and Mummy, saw the parade (while dealing with a locker issue at Mummy), and saw Diagon Alley. I still missed stuff (Chinese Fireball bring the big one at the time, plus all water rides) in Islands so I still feel Studios deserves a chance despite the investments into Islands.
I do want to go back down in February 2023 after I graduate college for the WDW 50. Apparently I went to BGT when I was 5 although I thought it was BGW (maybe I’d just seen more footage of it or maybe a dream I had once)
This guy is tripping. 1 and 2 is Busch Gardens & Islands of Adventure. Especially since Iron Gwazi opened this year. Even without Iron Gwazi, Busch Gardens should be ahead of Animal Kingdom.

I hope to go to Universal studios some day. Last year it was one of our options for our Florida vacation last year. However we went to key west Florida instead but I'm not mad in any way because key west was amazing even without theme parks and velocicoaster opened just a couple of days after our vacation ended lol

I have islands of adventure passes and universal studios passes and I think that universal studios should be higher. I know you haven’t been there but the reason why is because their 3D rides are insanely fun and escape for gringotts in so fun because there are so many unexpected parts! But ripride rockit makes you have such a bad headache because it’s so shaky!
SeaWorld may not be the best but when I went to Orlando it was my favorite (didn't go to universal) because of the rides and the park in general. Just my favorite experience from the trip but would surely be outclassed when I revisit some other Orlando parks(including bgt)

I do not entirely agree about picking Magic Kingdom over Disney World’s other parks on a Florida trip. If you have been to Disneyland or will go there, it will give you even more Disney Magic than the Magic Kingdom as it is the original Disney park and is filled will more quality and quantity. Picking the other parks to widen your experience at Disneyworld rather than experiencing the “Magic” of Disney avian but mostly likely a bit worse. If you have never been to a Disney park and will not get many opportunities to do so then yes, pick the Magic Kingdom.
I'm glad that you started with "your" differences between a theme park and an amusement park, but I would never call a Six Flags park an Amusement park. The only amusement we (my family) gets from Seven flags (cause we black flagged it) is laughing when a Cedar Fair park opens a new ride. I haven't looked to see if you ranked Ohio parks versus the rest of the world as of yet, but I have subscribed and you've got a new follower and we will be watching your channel from now on! It isn't very expensive to do the 2 park ticket for Universal Studios in fact that is the way to go but as far as Studios goes as it is more kid focused to IOA the big rides there are Revenge of the Mummy, Escape from Gringotts, and ET (Rip Ride Rockit is also good but do to them not maintaining it very well it can be rough so you need to make sure your perfectly straight in that ride always you come off hating it) other than those 3/4 you just got bad or alright rides. As for BG Tampa: all rides were pretty much delayed because of Covid (Pantheon, Iron Gwazi, Ice Breaker) they didn't want to open them until the pandemic died down

I cannot stand the atrocious weather, the bugs everywhere, the outrageous humidity, and im not a fan of seafood. Florida just isn’t my place, but if it is for you, that’s great! I will admit I love it’s theme parks.

I personally think that hollywood studios is better than animal kingdom. Animal kingdom definitely lacks in ride quantity and only two rides there are very good. Hollywood has a lot of rides most of which are pretty good and has a lot of very good rides as well. the theming in animal kingdom is amazing and is better than hollywood but hollywood still has stunning theming and more of it to. hollywood is just a lot bigger in general than animal kindgom. i do like how you talked about how beautiful animal kindgom is and how natural it is, but i really like the rides at hollywood better and that does it for me. i definitely see why you think that and i definitely respect your opinion
Wow the way he actually put down Uncle Bernie's amusement park in South Florida with a burn even though Uncle Bernie's amusement park doesn't compare to the famed theme park in Orlando it is the only amusement park in South Florida that are sell Floridians have to go to I love Fun Spot Kissimmee and I love Fun Spot Orlando more than I love Universe 2 in Disney theme parks because funds by is cheaper then the major theme parks and also they are open later than the major theme parks but of course this is what our South Floridians have when we cannot venture to the major theme parks so this is a part that may not have as much thrill-ride as a major theme parks in Orlando but when on a regular day if you want to venture out locally Uncle Bernie's is what Asal civilians have
No way is it a theme park. I don't even think it qualifies as an amusement park. It's mostly a parking lot of carny rides and Go Karts. (A large family entertainment center) Fun Spot's roller coasters are so small and short, they're nearly pointless with vastly superior coasters at Universal and SeaWorld right down the street 😎
Personally fun spot outranks magic kingdom by a mile. There’s no point in having great rides if the lines are too long to ride anything. And fun spot is half the price

Hollywood has a lot of rides most of which are pretty good and has a lot of very good rides as well. the theming in animal kingdom is amazing and is better than hollywood but hollywood still has stunning theming and more of it to. hollywood is just a lot bigger in general than animal kindgom. i do like how you talked about how beautiful animal kindgom is and how natural it is, but i really like the rides at hollywood better and that does it for me. i definitely see why you think that and i definitely respect your opinion

Wow the way he actually put down Uncle Bernie's amusement park in South Florida with a burn even though Uncle Bernie's amusement park doesn't compare to the famed theme park in Orlando it is the only amusement park in South Florida that are sell Floridians have to go to I love Fun Spot Kissimmee and I love Fun Spot Orlando more than I love Universe 2 in Disney theme parks because funds by is cheaper then the major theme parks and also they are open later than the major theme parks but of course this is what our South Floridians have when we cannot venture to the major theme parks so this is a part that may not have as much thrill-ride as a major theme parks in Orlando but when on a regular day if you want to venture out locally Uncle Bernie's is what Asal civilians have

No way is it a theme park. I don't even think it qualifies as an amusement park. It's mostly a parking lot of carny rides and Go Karts. (A large family entertainment center) Fun Spot's roller coasters are so small and short, they're nearly pointless with vastly superior coasters at Universal and SeaWorld right down the street 😎

Personally fun spot outranks magic kingdom by a mile. There’s no point in having great rides if the lines are too long to ride anything. And fun spot is half the price
