Haven’t been there since I was 16 so it was so nice to see how the place has changed and also how much has not changed! Thanks for bringing back so many wonderful memories!

@@nna1800 i feel alaska is a retirement state, its not built for the youth at all. The 3 things that we have here for young adults is Games, Drugs, and parties. Unless you are rich their isnt anything to do
My father used to run a fire place store the main store was in Anchorage the name of the store was the Alaskan fireplace store for years it was small back then that place has grown

Yes hooligans run through Kenai river I’ve seen it one year. If you would have went down to the bottom behind basketball hoop side the trail goes downward then you go down boardwalk steps go into water
I've been in Whittier and I was ten feet away from a black bear the reason why because they was catching the pink salmon I was only able to caught one it was a male by did put it back in the water but yeah there was other people there as well one guy yelled at his brother to have the dog by him and because there was a bear he said because i said hey gose your dog hate bears and he look at it than yelled at his brother to call the dog and the dog sit next it his owner
It's 11 miles to Kenai from Soldotna lol too funny so some fact checks before you say what you think I used to live there and everyone who lives there call it k beach road
