Yeti is definitely a top of line cooler. Glad they took care of you. I have a Bison Cooler that works great, built like a tank, and is made in the USA. No issues so far and happy with it. Most of the rotomolded coolers have similar performace. Some brands do last a day or two more without adding ice. Key is pre chilling them before use to get max results.
Down in Keys until late May. Just looked at my Calcutta roto molded cooler - bought in 2015 and it is flat as a board on top and works really well. Never tested it against the best but other than replacing the rubber tie downs it's serviced me well.

I would Never spend that kind of money on a cooler when you can get a great cooler like Coleman for just over 100 or even less depending on size.. Coleman are proven and time tested coolers. These newer brands are a rip off 500 is ridiculous..

What really blows my mind is how many trucks you see driving down the road with a yeti decal on their rear window telling the world how proud they are that they bought an over priced ice cooler ……it’s an ice cooler
Quality coolers are unnecessary..... unless you're using them for DAYS at a time. Then buy high quality. I've been using the same $30 Coleman since 1995. Still going strong. But, I'm never using it longer than 6-8 hours. Glad Jeti was honorable. I tapped the thumbs up button to feed the algorithm monsters.

My dad has a smaller Yeti but we have a big igloo in the igloo will hold ice longer than the yeti wheel

I have an RTIC that I (200 lbs) sit on all the time and never had that problem.
