But if JD can be useful like lets say Gil, stay competetive, to make our bench players feel like "if i dont play good, my minutes get stolen from this guy", as some sort of Bruce Brown-type of a figure, same energy, but also grit, then his luck might turn. Same with Bub, they got to bring some of the toughness folks like GM, Jalen Suggs and many others got for free from playing other sports as kiddos. Even for the Guards & small forward type of position you need equal parts "dog"/grit as the extravagance stuff.
There is definitely "light" at the end of the tunnle but that doesnt mean we dont have a long way to go. Last nights starting 5 showed that if they trade these vets right to add on to that group in the draft I think it will be shorter than we think. My predictions for trades is that Kispert, Kuz, Jonas, and Brogdon will be traded because they either arent Dawkins guys or they were clearly brought in as trade peaces. JP and Bey are Dawkins moves and they fit this team so well and they will have to go and get those types of players anyway if they trade them. (Sorry for the ramble lol)
What to do with JV? I think Wizards should keep him at least for the next two years. With the others, you right. But they need to play to get their trade value up.

But if they actually get a better regular season record than the Bucks, Sixers, and Heat they should be (somehow wink/wink) allowed better lottery odds for the top three picks than those three teams (or whoever actually owns those picks).
You're probably right BUT a win is a win and considering I've read articles from people who think this team could challenge for the worst record in the HISTORY of the NBA I'm celebrating these wins as there probably wont be many. 😂😂😂

Kyle Kuzma and Jonas Valanciunas will be traded to Utah Jazz.
As long as Kuzma is there, Bilal won't get that kind of volume. My fantasy team is hoping Washington trades Kuzma this weekend.
