if you want to be in 3rd person unlocked, simply zoom out your camera. If you want your camera to be locked, zoom out and press v.

I used an fps unlocker but nowadays, I use bloxstrap for higher fps, you can check it out but using an fps unlocker WILL cause issues to your experience. Just be warned about that when using it.
