Hey @toddriley. That’s correct. The Veranda Stateroom includes a balcony within its 270 sq ft. The Horizon room is very nice too. On my trip, the weather in Antarctica was very nice, and I spent more time than expected on the balcony.
Hi, Dana. You’re right, it’s two twins put together. Unfortunately, there is not an option to making them a full/real queen bed. But nonetheless, the beds were very comfortable.
The management of this line is terrible. Service on board is worst ever. Staff have no training, not knowing what they are doing. Food quality is bad.. I will not recommend this line to my worst enemy.
Yes Karen. Went on the Icelandic cruise last September. Everything was first class- cabin, food, staff, all included excursions, amenities. Stick to the Carnival water slide cruises on Carnival, Karen.
The staff is unbelievably professional and extremely good. Food quality was outstanding .. I’m not exactly sure what you’re talking about, because you obviously have never been on the ship

Is it 270 sq ft with the balcony? I booked a horizon room and it's 270 sq ft and has a much larger living room area with a couch and 2 chairs?

It seems that the twin beds are simply pushed together. Is there an option to have them made up as a queen/king as on other ships?
