      Not true, on one specific remark. May himself said, he had to dig deep, really deep, to beat Cotto. He said his hands hurt after that fight and had to ice them cuz he just couldn't keep him away.

    • @hulkdaddy71
      @hulkdaddy71 4 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      @@TechieTard That's partly because he went off script and was actually banging with Cotto, instead of his normal boxing.

      @discipleofthemessiah8652 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      hulkdaddy71 exactly true. I don’t know why people keep going on about the Cotto when it’s plain 2 see Floyd chose 2 stand his ground more. He could have made that fight a lot easier but chose 2 stand an trade more. He basically did a Sugar Ray Leonard in his first fight with Durán. Look what happened when Leonard did what he was capable of!!!!

    • @INUAGAIN

      Perhaps you should check out Maidana 1 and Jose Luis Castillo fights. Floyd's face was so pulverized you couldn't tell if it was a black man or a white man... swollen hamburger. He didn't walk thru everyone but the Incredibly Corrupt Boxing Machine did. And still does to this day. ALL Pro Sports are corrupted by money, 'the love of money is the root of ALL evil'. Just ask Floyd Turdbinder Jr...

    Always thought Floyd was a runner,but it wasn't until he picked apart Canelo that I truly appreciated his skill. When you compare Lara to Mayweather, you realize what a runner looks like. Mayweather may not be a toe to toe brawler/fighter, but he is the best technical fighter, I personally, have ever seen.

    Every real boxing fan appreciates Andre Ward because he is great. The one problem I have with him is his inactivity, great boxers from back in the day just signed the contract and fought.. now almost every boxer has bullshit managers, promoters, advisers etc and they take 6 months to negotiate a fight.. I know that's the way it is now but the fighter himself can tell his people to fuck off and just make fights happen if they really want to. Ward really should of done more over the last few years to make fights happen. But still I love the guy, amazing boxer
