Financing a high-performance home is an incredibly frustrating process, especially when it is a prefabricated shell. It is absolutely not for the faint of heart!

SOOO many options it can be overwhelming for many people. Do you offer consulting? We are looking to build our own house and want to do a lot of the work our selfs. Would love to have someone knowledgeable as a contact but don't want to hire a GC.
