The First Fix Free scheme, part of our national Leakage Reduction Programme, offers free leak investigations and free repairs on domestic properties where a constant flow of water is found on the external water supply pipe. It aims to help reduce the amount of water wasted through leaks on customers' properties.
In this video, a customer describes his experience with the First Fix Free scheme and how the large leak on his external supply pipe was fixed for free.
