Coming back here after the Loki season 2 finale has me appreciating this amazing piece in a whole new light.
To imagine that a pair of Loki's would be the ones to jumpstart a new era of the MCU...and in glorious fashion too. Undoubtedly the best Disney+ series so far and I can't wait for season 2 so we can get more of these brilliant characters!

Natalie Holt made a amazing job. This film score is more epic than Alan Silvestri in Endgame. I'd love for her to set the music for the upcoming Avengers movies. Her music screams multiverse. Classic Loki theme reminds me of Hans Zimmer in Angels and Demons.

I've been done for a few years with most of the MCU, to be honest. Since they made away with all my favrite characters, I honestly dont give a rats ass about any of the 'new crew'... But this? This I an go along with.

I’m not exaggerating when I say that classic Loki’s theme at 11:00 is one of the greatest things I’ve ever heard in music. I’ve never got it when people said music had so much emotion attached to it, but here you can really tangibly feel the struggle and the effort and the emotion being pumped into that part. Incredible work
I think they mixed in some of Rise of the Valkyries, the classical piece, just the rhythm of the brass in the background sounds v similar to me

Classic Loki's Glorious Purpose is right up there with Cap picking up Mjolnir for me, as one of the best scenes in the franchise.

Wandavision came damn close, in terms of actual film making ill give the nod to Wandavision, falcon winter soldier had the best action, but loki was the most epic and large in scale

@@joebond545 well the problem with wanda vision is it took waaaay too long to get anywhere it was just a 90's sitcom for what a third of the show so i do believe that turned a lot of people away from wanda vision me included
Agreed, wandavisions weird aesthetic in the first few episodes really turned me away while the boring plot of falcon and the winter soldier never really interested me while Loki kept me waiting each week to see the conclusion of this glorious show
I've seen all three of them and WandaVision became interesting a few episodes into the show. Falcon and the Wintersoldier took a couple of episodes, too. Loki got interesting right from the start, though I think it was after episode 2 that I felt hungry for more.
So now we know what cause Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield's Spider-Mans to collide. Now we know why the Multiverse Of Madness is created. Because of Sylvie.

Nathalie Holt KILLED IT
Natalie Holt is one of the best and most recognized and most respected female music composers today, thanks to her great work on Loki (2021 -), which gave us one of the best, or perhaps the best and most glorious OST of the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe (U.C.M.). And to see his work again not only in the second season of the series, but in other potential and promising future projects.

He kinda specializes on making scores more epic, so I don't know if he would be a good composer tho. Making a score is much more complicated as just making one or two themes. The vast amount of knowledge and music theory you need as well as experience needed are sheer. I totally enjoy his stuff tho.

I just keep coming back to this soundtrack, one of the greatest cinematic audio pieces Ive ever heard in my life. Tremendous scale and eclectic range of sounds, never listened to anything that uses so many different types of genres and instrument types with such cohesion. Truly masterful and done with complete intention, pure emotion unleashed with a grace and fury worthy of the Gods. Wow is the only way to describe it, cant wait to hear whats next to come from Ms Holt. I hope she is involved in more MCU endeavors in the future, she many never exceed the standards she just set for herself and future composers of our time but this one goes down in history for me

Natalie Holt knocked it out of the goddammn park! Exactly the kind of music I'd expect from a wibbly wobbly timey wimey show about Loki. Aside from Spiderman and the main MCU themes, this is by far my new favorite music in the MCU.
An innocent young adopted son doesn't get the respect he deserved. Always in the run to show he is worthy.. killed his biological father for he made up father loved his brother always loves to trick others turns Sacrifice his life to full fill his glorious Purpose so that the 50% of him that his brother will survive.. Ressurection brings out the real part of himself he understands what he really is from a villian to the hero everyone wants Loki is love... He is the "no one truly bad" he wasn't the son of Odin he was the son of Frigga.. People love him just because he is not a villian but also they are also a Loki in some part of their life.....

i've only seen one mcu series, and i know i'm not gonna like any as much as this one. idk man, it's like this one was made with glorious purpose or something....
Depending on the episode it sounds like the background singers/chorus are saying different things. One they say "Loki" over and over but in a different one they say "Loki, Sylvie" over and over.
Ever noticed that people relate to villains more than they do to heroes? Some of us may be a Rogers or a Stark but definitely all of us are a Loki.
Listening to this I feel like I have definite purpose in the world. Glorious Purpose!

the entire mcu is just a loop! So, now a multiversal war will break out then kang will become he who remains once again and put everything in order, the sacred timeline. And then sylvie will be reborn and kill him again.

The thing is that the castle in the end of time is broken and repaired with gold or maybe some other material from the vast universes.
The bad version of Kang won't do that.
They just want to conquer not making peace or....
So it is not a loop.
Thats a solid theory, but I think they are leaning more into a second multiversal war, one where Kangs are hunting Kangs, which causes chaos. I think its gonna be the next avengers film. Avengers: Secret Wars or Avengers: The Multiversal War

Im was Very Surprised by the Soundtrack. I heard bad thing about the series from nerdoric and Drinker. But i said let me watch it anyway, i figgin enjoyed it and the SCORE is stellar. Always try things for yourself . Natalie Holt is gonna be more famous now. She is up there with Jerry Goldsmith, Danny Elfman and Shirley Walker taken from us too soon ( her Space above and beyond score ). You go girl i will be looking for more movie scores from you.
I wish I could’ve heard this score in an IMAX theatre. Alas, I’m sure we’ll hear more of this composition in future theatrical releases featuring Kang. Looking forward 😈
