It did pretty good, I ended up adding a cross bar between the two attachment box tubes. Similar to the boonedox, it didn't handle a full loaded fishing kayak of the size I use, without moving it without all my stuff on it. This is because the weight is solely on the rail fasteners. I switched to the Wilderness Systems HD. I can fully load my kayak (over 200 lbs loaded) and it hands it like a Champ. I made a video on it, check it out.
Love it simple inexpensive and it works. Beats the heck out of my overcomplicated idea using conduit.

Phone video that will be used for TH-cam should always be shot in landscape mode. When you use vertical video you get black pillar bars on both sides.

It's my father in laws wire feed flux welder. As you can see I'm not up on my welding lol.
