why are you up at these hours? editing? work schedule? that dedicated to night videos? never actually sleep, just sit patiently in the dark and wait for the next day to start? :)and that's a super tricked out, very beautiful and powerful light. i really like it!though it's freaking me out that you basically need to take a full day course to understand all the settings.

Does the flashlight look good even with the cr123 battery? dear buy one and here where I live just find the battery cr123, so I want to know if the 460 lumens the 230 lumens with this battery is good if clear well? that even not reaching 900 lumens the flashlight is good?
what do you think between this and the MecArmy PT16 with 1000 Lumens?? Im looking for an EDC that I can POCKET carry easily. Im not concerned with throw and lighting up a whole foot ball field...I look for 2 things in a light....light up the area in front of me to see and be able to blind an attacker. With this in mind which do you suggest?
The NiteCore EC11 is a very compact (3 inch) #flashlight, 300 Lumens on High, but also has an insane 900 Lumen Turbo mode. This is an elite light.

Very close to another light I currently have but that strobe mode and red LED are pretty awesome, just wish it wasn't almost twice as much...

It will not be as bright in the turbo mode with the CR123, I'm sorry.

For those parameters, I would say go with the PT16, since it is so compact and has quick access to momentary turbo.
