When oil reaches a certain temperature, the ingredients change. That's why you should throw away after one use. But this oil is so dark,, that can't be good for them.
Why always use so much oil
Right?!?!?! So unhealthy! I finally had to unsubscribe when she started putting everything in oil. I check back occasionally to see if she’s still doing it as I used to love watching her cook. Now…not so much!
