You can actually buy them with vs points just go to olympic mode then choose which side you want doesn't matter then just click A until you see "entry" then click A again till you see a selection with this name on top "survival" i recommend you play that because that gives you a lot of points then when you want to go check and buy click B to go back to where it says "entry" then go to "master skills" and whenever a character portrait glows that is the character that you can buy a hidden skill and you can also see how much amount of vs points it takes to buy and how many you have then when you choose which of the character hidden super you want to unlock go to character then click A until you unlocked it thats it hope it helps

@@MASAHIRO-X- I found out that you have to buy the moves in the Bonus Modes. No where does the game says this. I found out online.
