I find it weird that everyone talks about "warming up" but then start throwing darts immediately. I always do slow warm up movements to warm up my shoulder and arm like shoulder lift and bicep curls without weight to losen the arm. That's a warm up for me. If I start throwing immediately I hurt my shoulder.
Hi Stefaan, You absolutely have a point here. That´s why I also said that everybody needs to find out what he or she needs. I for example I only roll my shoulder before I start throwing. Some might not even do this whereas others might do a lot more. So I can totally see your point. Thanks for the comment and have a lovely Christmas!
