Bill, I think I luv ya Man ! 😁 Awesome stuff Mate ! All kidding aside, you really knew where to put the camera. Just Incredible filming. Thank you ! Thank you !!
I'm 73, I just don't know it yet , still work every day. Painted my first car in 1964. Built my first Drag Car in 1967. Still hungry for knowledge. Lovin it.
Thanks Bill, I was just a youngster in those days. I have a vague memory of a 60's race (maybe even this one) where Dad parked his 2.5 ton Bedford table top truck next to the fence and I climbed the loading board to watch the cars going past. Sadly I can't ask him which year anymore... Just great to see how there was no 'safety' just common sense. I laughted at the cars sliding, the kids of today think they invented drifting!!! These guys were doing it lap after lap. Cheers!
You lucky guy to see and film all that talent and amazing machinery on display at just eighteen years old. Thank you for putting it up on the web.
Absolutely SUPERB Bill, more please
Much more of the same in my Channel's Playlist

Fantastic footage, Bill - love the the low angles. A real motor racing treasure! Thank you for all your hard work putting these little gems together.
