Exterior and exterior layout is trendy and nice however I don't like living in my home feeling like living I'm appartment. I perferred a home that is disconnect from my neighbors with more privacy. This layout to me is like living in a compound. I live in a single home in the
USA and loving it!

It's usually more expensive and requires bigger land for single home residential. But this type of community housing/village is still so much better than the chicken coop/apartment layout.

car and motor where there are parking

car and motorbike are kept at the parking area. Resident need to walk a/two hundred(s) meter home. It's a pleasant walking experience though

This is such a weird concept. I’m getting bad vibes from this. It’s like a scene from a movie about a dystopian society where no one is free to think and all must be kept in an order on how to think and act. Everyone is assign a job and punishment for breaking a rule is re education camp!
