@@fookermooker8612 i have PTSD, and what i can describe it as is imagine your worst fear. Know the anxiety it brings for you? The fear? Imagine that daily, but having to do regular day to day things during it. Your emotions are everywhere, and you'll randomly become upset and have flashbacks that can drive you into debilitating panic attacks. Though, this happens in public so you sit and try to smile while your entire body wants to curl up and shake. You're exhausted 24/7 because your body is fighting, so when you finally sleep, you think itll be ok, but instead you have horrendous nightmares all night and fight with the inability to sleep or fight tears constantly. Its exhausting
