I dont think he is fully ready for pro games, although he is in a pro team right now (OLD G) but he still prefer to stay with his family for now which is why they have 0 bootcamp until now.
Earth spirit is not even a hard hero... The meta right now is too much crowd control in team fights especially riki muerta if earth spirit dove in without BKB he just dies. Speaking from experience I have 3000 earth spirit matches lol.

Hardly it can happen anytime soon, at least in Berlin Major. Apart from 3 other spirits, the Earth one does not scale good when coming to late game.
