How did you come about making syrup? Was this something that was taught through generations of your family? I find the whole thing fascinating! Very cool!

This is my fifth year making syrup. When I moved to the farm, a friend mentioned to me “those are some big maples around your house you should try making some syrup”. So I went to TH-cam university and learned how! If you scroll all the way back to my very first video, it is the first time I made syrup on our file cabinet evaporator!
