I honestly find this to be a bad tutorial, and i'm not just saying that to be some 'hater'. You skip the symmetrical steps, which means I have to wind back the video each time to try and find where they started on the *opposite side*, and that's a lot harder than it sounds without any indications (at least for me). I'd much rather have a longer video going through all of the symmetrical steps so I can follow along without stress.

I noticed there is a slightly shinier side that represents the colour. I think he starts with the "white" side up, and the glossy "coloured" side down.

My son who turned 6years old just a few months ago is a great fan of yours and also of eagles and has watched this origami video so many times that he has been doing this particular origami without watching and we have many of these at our home now. have you tried using something sold as origami paper? if you're using printer paper, chances are that its too thick. it looks as if they're just using ordinary origami paper.

I winged my way through all the parts where I couldn't see/understand what you were doing, then got to the end and found out you don't even pretend to show how to finish the tail. I tried to wing it once more and then everything ripped apart. Why bother making a long tutorial if you skip some of the difficult steps?
