    5. Visualize a bright light or a sacred symbol at the center of your forehead.
    6. Imagine this light expanding, filling your body and soul.
    7. As you exhale, repeat another mantra or phrase (e.g., "Hu" or "He").
    8. Continue this process, maintaining focus and awareness.
    9. Gradually increase your practice time as you become more comfortable with the technique.
