He covered not only Kenny R (though I tend to believe Kenny was his favorite) but also most of the great American and British balladeers of yesteryears. Try to listen to him at your own time his covers of from Frank Sinatra to Leonel Richie to Bryan Adams to Matt Monro and many more and you will be amazed at how excellent (exact superlative adjective-word I can use) a singer he is. And if this is not too much of a request, I would say try to react his earlier cover of Nat King Cole's "Fascination" and you will say I am not lying. As a non-Filipino average-singer as I am, I agree with you when you said Filipino singers are not only great but the best cover & entertainer singers in the world. And there are thousands of them in the Philippines and abroad.
