    Serves 4
    Recipe in English:
    Ingredients:
    -Sagudana (Tapioca sago) ¼ Cup
    -Water 1 Cup or as required
    -Tukhme balanga (Basil seeds) 2-3 tbs
    -Water 1 Cup or as required
    -Badam (Almonds) boiled & peeled 15-18
    -Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 3-4
    -Zafran (Saffron strands) ½ tsp
    -Khashkhash (Poppy seeds) soaked 1 tbs
    -Water ¼ Cup
    -Olper’s milk 1 litre
    -Olper’s Cream ½ Cup
    -Sugar ½ Cup or to taste
    -Badam (Almonds) sliced
    -Dried rose petal
    Directions:
    -In a bowl,add tapioca sago,water,mix well & soak for 15 minutes.
    -In a bowl,add basil seeds,water,mix well & soak for 15 minutes.
    -In a blender,add almonds,green cardamom,saffron strands,poppy seeds & water,blend well & set aside.
    -In a pot,add milk,cream & whisk well.
    -Add sugar,mix well & bring it to boil.
    -Add blended almonds paste & mix well.
    -Add soaked tapioca sago,mix well & cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes.
    -In a jug,add soaked basil seeds,prepared badam sharbat,stir well & refrigerate until serve.
    -Garnish with basil seeds,almonds,dried rose petals & serve chilled!

    -Bowl mein tukhme balanga aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 15 minutes kliya soak ker lein.
    -Blender jug mein badam,hari elaichi,zafran,khashkhash aur pani dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein.
    -Pot mein doodh aur cream dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
    -Cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix kareih aur ubal anay dein.
    -Blender badam paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
    -Soaked sagudana dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 10-12 minutes kliya paka lein.
    -Jug mein soaked tukhme balanga,tayyar badam sharbat dal ker ache tarhan stir ker lein aur serve kernay tak refrigerate ker lein.
    -Tukhme balanga,badam aur dried rose petals sa garnish ker lein & thanda serve karein!
