His fault was not admitting to Maria that he had been targeting her as well, allowing her to apologize to him, then sending her to ponderosa to hear all of his backstabbing from Q, Tiffany and Venus. I found Maria's behavior in so many ways to be offensive, such as when she acted so wounded ("daggers") by Venus at tribal council on account of her simply showing the courage and integrity to call Maria out on her beyond appalling, transparent and fake behavior in picking Q for the food reward, claiming her decision was based upon whose body was "breaking down" the most. Then she proceeds to leave the two who are literally STARVING and picks Q, the guy who just ate but whom she previously stated she wanted to "use" for his vote, i.e., to serve her own purposes. In reality, she should be ashamed of her behavior. I'm really glad she will see for herself the episode that airs during which virtually EVERYONE in the cast views Maria's behavior the exact same way as Venus did! She relentlessly badmouthed Ben prior to tribal council in a desperate attempt to avoid being voted out and then tenderly touches his shoulder during that same tribal council - so two faced and fake. While Kenzie had a great social game, I feel Charlie had the best all-around strategic, physical and social game. I guess it was too quiet a game for people to take note of. Q is understanding, but sees the money as something that may be life changing, so I understand his decision. I think Tevin thinks like that too, but I thought he was more logical than emotional. I thought Tevin would've voted for Charlie. Hunter is clearly a logical person making his decision very clear. Soda is also logical. Liz said she would've voted for Ben just because Ben complimented her just showing that she is over her head. However, she ended up voting for Charlie because of something he said in the tribal council. Venus probably voted for Kenzie because she was the nicest to her and because Venus just talks about woman empowerment. As a woman, I think that's a stupid reason to vote someone to win in a game. Venus also most likely considered Kenzie's story too with what she would do with the money. Then, obviously, Maria's vote is the one that is most talked about because it makes 0% sense. Clearly shows that she is a salty bitch.
That being said, I think if Kenzie didn't talk about her upbringing, which I found to be completely manipulative and irrelevant to a game, I think Tevin would've voted for Charlie and then Ben said he would've voted for Charlie making Charlie win. So the honest swing vote was Tevin.

Nothing evil about it. He did her dirty. Kenzie didn’t do anyone dirty. Maria was all about loyalty and honesty. She wanted to show her kids that good wins. She wanted to show them that dirty game play is not rewarded if people decide that to be the case. No means no and Maria said hell no. Good for Maria.

This coddling of Charlie is very bizarre. There is only one winner. Most players get voted out by people they trust. This scenario is no different. His entitlement to anyone's vote is jarring, and if your chance at winning is a tie and a revote, then really your win equity isn't very strong. It's not a dig at his game; many great players don't win or even make it to the top three. Unfortunately the perception by the jurors that he was Maria's puppet. While its not true, he didnt do enough in the game and tribal counsel to show wasn't. In not taking credit and hiding his moves, it untimely hurt him. Coupled with passive response during tribal counsel.

BIG difference between getting voted out by your #1 and not getting the final vote from your #1. She knew full well he played the better game. That's why she was gunning for him and not Kenzie! I think it's disgusting that they can ask questions about "what you'll do with the money". They are a jury, there to decide who WON the game. If it's just about who needs the money the most you could just figure that out on day 1 and not even have a show. I'm not watching anymore.

    • @ameenasama8018

@badbgp She was gunning for him because her game was similar to his not Kenzie's. She stands out a lot more sitting next to Kenzi. But irrespective of that, no vote is guaranteed, whether they are your number one or not. To assume so is a bit entitled.

@@ameenasama8018 It was not assumed. Maria told him 24 hours earlier that she was voting for him & would be advocating for him. He held her hand as she was voted out. Charlie did not just assume anything.

By your warped reasoning, Kenzie played an even worse game. She never even thought of targeting her biggest jury threat and she would have naturally assumed Maria was a Charie vote. So, by your own words, Kenzie played a losing game by choosing a narrow path where she would at best get a tie that would be broken against her.

LOL outplayed by who? Maria’s bitterness? Tiffany’s influencing at Ponderosa? Q voting for the person that needed the money more instead of who played the better game? Half the jury was crap and came into it with their own personal agendas and biases.
