I just did a call with James. I had done months of research into many jurisdictions around the world on my own, and James made everything crystal clear in around 30 minutes and removed months of fog.. Definitely worth it to do the call and open a USA LLC. USA LLC's trump every other jurisdiction; I looked into everywhere out there, but never found anywhere that can compete overall with a USA LLC.

Which brokerage of those accepting non-residents is best for day trading?
a single-member LLC owner runs a forex trading company should I address to the broker that I trade as a company or it doesn't matter I can just trade as an individual and keep on transferring my funds and keeping good records of it?

Hi, with an LLC brokerage account, single member, nonresident alien, European nationality, is it possible to get the broker to not withhold 30% of the dividends that you make? Could we tell the broker that the LLC is owned by a foreigner so the broker hopefully will reduce the withholding to whatever the double tax treaty with your country of residency dictates?
