Everything we do is for our children pal. Lovely to see this emotional moment. Again authentic and real. I’m sure you’re children remember and feel the same way. I visited New York about 6 years ago with my son and I hope to go back again soon. I remember the drive to the airport and the conversation with the cabbie on the way to Manhatten. So does my boy. Life is about making shared memories and it’s great that it hit you so hard. I love New York. Been blessed to have gone there a few times. Lovely hotel and room. Loving this new chapter of videos DJ. Its on the lower east side and quite interesting....you can see hiw immigrent families lived in small apartsment and hiw the neighbor hood chabged as the varies groups acquired wealth, moved out and new groups moved in.

You can see it’s an old hotel. But, in fairness…it’s updated quite nicely. Darren, remember…it’s 7th Avenue not 7th Street It’s terrible to miss family. No matter if they’re still with us or passed. We never realized how people affect our lives good or bad until they are gone.

Room looks lovely and clean and modern. The views not the best but when you've travelled all that distance the last thing that you want to do is spend hour after hour stuck in your hotel room when there's so much going on around the hotel 👍

Bliss - all back together - I went to the loo but in actual fact it was to gather my emotions and have a bit of a weep.
Do look in at McSorley's Old Ale House, on a weekday lunch, and enjoy true "Old New York." If the bartender is "Pepe" tell him "Mike from US Trust / Texas sent you." "Two darks, and a cheese plate."

Despite the soppiness at the beginning i enjoyed this video , Darren. Plush hotel foyer, comfortable and luxurious bedroom and a super convenient location. Whats not to like? A good base to head out from and have some adventure.
