I loved all the battles with Rick in the orange ray vest ride with the Kentucky colonel Francis and Bloomquist. Back when the Outlaws just started.

That was back when I was old enough to know what was goin an goin to the Hava Tampa series them days when there were alot more outlaws that would show up with some trick suspension set up that was quicker than everybody else an worked for a while till everybody caught up.

Sometimes it is a shame that these cars weigh so much. They just don't have the speed to just send it into the corner and pull a slider through the middle of the turn. There was several times the #99 could've done that if he was in a sprint car. Still a good race! These guys are great drivers

Actually they slide each other alot all season long. And they don't flip 100 times with the slightest little touch

@@sidebite2533 I like to watch sprint cars. Doesn't mean I'm new to the sport of late model racing. Its just different when you have a 1400lb sprint car vs a 3000lb late model. Yeah they might have more durability than a sprint car. But this wouldve been a much more exciting race had it been sprint cars. There would've probably been 5-10 lead changes and based on your name. Sheldon wouldve won the thing cuz instead of fading like guston did. He could've made the top work. Theres nothing wrong with lade model racing. Professional that is. But I'm not brainless I know how dirt racing goes. Its about who's the fastest and who can make it work if you aren't the fastest. #99 was the fastest. But due to the track not being wide and inability to send that boat into the corner means he couldn't make the pass
