Nice! I have my Dakota lithium battery up front it’s not very heavy but having extra weight forward helps with getting on plane faster and float an inch shallower. I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Beautiful Clown and Peacock catches, Id love to catch Peacocks.... what knot you use for Braid to Leader? I hate losing fish, I would of been swearing for 10 minutes. LMFAO See ya on the next video
I said a few choice words after that one 😂 still hurting over it too. For braid to leader knots it depends on what I’m doing and how much time I have to rig rods. If I have a lot of time I use the FG knot. If I’m on the boat with customers and we are catching fish I tie a uni to uni. You’ll have to come down and get on some peacocks and clowns!
@JohnnyStabile Hahha..I hear ya, frustrating losing something that is big, I lost a few big ones, trolling on a kayak. I use uni to uni as well. I don't have patience for an fg knot but I should learn for my saltwater setup I'll be taking to Aruba next month for a charter/ vacation. If I ever do go to FL. I'll keep u in mind. 🎣🎣👌👌
Really depends on the situation to be honest. If you have a lot of current and 10mph winds it can create taller standing waves. No current and 10mph winds could be 1 foot chop or less. Anything over a foot chop for me is my limit.
Thank you. I am trying to gauge if I should fish St. Johns when winds are 10mph. The river is protected on both sides by trees nd is not as bad as a lake @@JohnnyStabile
How can i catch sunshine bass from shore ive got clowns, catfish, peacocks but not a sunshine bass at lake ida also how do i get the snakeheads because i know they are there
You have to be out early in the morning to get sunshine Bass. They school up around the bait schools, so it kind of depends on the day if the bait is close enough for you to cast to them from shore. Snakeheads are more challenging, walk the smaller canals around Lake Ida, with a topwater frog on overcast or rainy days and that’s when you will get the biggest fish
Love the video!
Yay Laura! 🎣
Wish I could fish like❤❤❤❤ u love aunt rosie
Johnny, tomorrow I am taking my LT25. I moved my battery from the back to the front. That should make a huge difference.

Johnny, when is too windy to fish with the Gheenoe LT25? Is it 7 mph, !0 mph, 15 mph, or 20 mph? Please advise. Thank you.
