Actually nauna pa Ang PDO'S bago Ang OWWA,kaya pag Pinag OWWA kana means malapit kanang umalis☺️💃.Not sure sa ibang procedure Ng mga agency but as per my experience dito naka base Ang mga information na binabahagi.
