Also, what a false prophet will say is something true or accurate about you first. That is how you come into contact with them, and you get hooked/emotionally attatched. Then they plant a false seed into you. When they plant the false seed the demons get a foothold on your life. Bind every thought captive to obey Christ, and don't be deceived by others. A lot of times we want to be right so badly that we start leaning on our own understanding and not the Lord's. (Proverbs 3:5-6)
Also your words need to be able to be tested by others, and you can't be emotionally attatched to your words, but you need to be emotionally/spiritually attatched to God's word. Also having the gift of discernment, words of wisdom is important too.
So there is someone who keeps trying to prophesy to people and tell dreams. I thought maybe they were just immature because I notice the pastor they come from . I also notice they don't have a strong Bible foundation. The problem is that he doesn't listen to anyone really and associates with witchcraft persons because they're family. He tells people dreams and shows pictures of spirits ,not the gospel. Everyone is noticing that he pushes his prophecies on people.He offended when you resist him or examine it.
I don’t chase prophets n I have never asked for anyone to prophecy over me, but if the Lord gives you a word for me I would love to hear it. 🙏🏽

How do you know it’s true or false prophesy?
Take it with the word of God. When you come into agreement with a lie, that is has Demons get power over you.
