not really cuh, im working out all alone in my basement for past 2 months during covid gym lockdown and made more bench gains than the past year in commercial gym setting nigga, went from 185x1 to 185x10 on the incline bench doing smolov 5 days a week, although i only have a bench press so im doing chest everyday so thats prob why lmao, elite athletes like him make their own motivation not like those insta thots who dress up for the gym for attention
I respect both these guys but I am so impressed and motivated by Adams Jr! He's a self motivator doing his pro workouts in his garage gym. It's like hes Rocky training against the Russian who's got a facility and tech and stuff. Keep going hard and never, ever quit!

None have second jobs in season lol. Unless it’s someone with a job like promoter or job they can do when they want sort of thing. It’s off season many need to. The pay sucks but realistically if you don’t live lavishly it can support you for the year. Minimum is like 55-60K a year.

A lot of people don’t realize the CFL is made up of mostly really good NCAA players. Just not good enough to be in the NFL as a starter but there’s been transitions both ways. Ochocinco played for Montreal at the end of his career and was no superstar. Said recently that it’s a really good league and dudes can play. Problem with the league is it’s not marketed well enough because there’s only 9 teams. Canada has only so many cities that can support a stadium of 20,000 fans and they’re so spread apart a huge country. If you could have 15-18 teams the talent is there to make it more watchable.
