I just bought my 2017 Renegade570 and put the rad relocate on.Am thinking of building a sleeper 570 after the warranty expires. What about other stock parts holding up with the extra power.Crank, axles etc.any thoughts
No problems with anything holding up. These bikes carry the same components (axles, diffs, tranny, clutches, etc) as its larger brothers (850,1000 engines)
in stock form a 570 runs 48hp to the crank how are you getting 51 to the tires in stock form? and 74 hp to the tires? thats more than a stock 1k not a 1kR. i need more specs please!
Yea that was covered in the description... That car dyno reads high but the difference is undeniable on any dyno. That's why we do before and after runs to show the difference.
So not necessarily a 23 hp gain either then. The dyno's inaccuracy is likely to be accross the board. All that is telling you is that it's improved by an unknown amount
Can-Am claims 48 crank horsepower by the time you take 20 to 22% for belt laws you only looking at about 36 or 38 rear wheel horsepower I think you got to bigger tires or something on that Dino you need to calibrate it or something that's way off
xXxPROGAMERxXx00 that's the only kit we have for the 570 right now. The 700 kit sells for $900 and the power package is $1300. It's a nasty little machine.
Winston Griffin i live in canada and deal with alot of sked and deep water holes. im not ready to dump 30k for a big 1000. do you think the 700bbk could make it a really mean machine? im paning on runing a slip on, 29.5 outlaws skinny's with a cv tech primary and maverick belt with a stiffer spring , rad relocate and snorkel with a lift kit and spacers.
xXxPROGAMERxXx00 I have guys up there running 640 kit in their 500's and they ride skeg and love it. The 700 make more power. The short stroke of these engines makes them faster to wrap up rpms to spin the tires fast for the skeg. No complaints on this kit yet. They are also completely forged so nitrous is approved 👍🏻
Winston Griffin so i could build a budget beast? im really looking forward for you're power package! i have a friend here that sold his renegade 800r to buy a 1000 because of the lack of power. i think he's going to be impress of the 700bbk on the 570! do you have a link to you're products?
My question here is reliability is this gonna hold up? I don’t want my engine blowing after 3 thousand k over this kit I wanna pin my bike through holes and have no issues
Cat Jack zero issues on any of these kits in the 3 years we been testing them on the 570’s. I have racers and trail riders all across the country running these.
Winston Griffin so Thai would be the same kit for a 570 xmr as well? I’d like to get one in the near future I’m just thinking if something blows my whole engine is f$&ked
A correct dyno run on the Griffin 700 kit on a Renegade 570 XXC facebook.com/atvdevelopments/photos/a.1187186877964838.1073741827.1187158251301034/1834078349942351/?type=3&theater
Derek Burns that's a good increase from 30 something hp. That's just shy of a stock 1000 numbers on the dyno. Thanks for posting. A shame there's no before and after video of it.
Stock 1000 will produce 65-68 rear wheel horsepower, so not quite right with your claim. The 570 produces a claimed 48 hp at the crank and transmission losses are approximately 19-21%, so this 50 RWHP isn't bad at all. This bike is fitted with the Dobeck fuel only controller with supplied fuel map. AFR is near perfect. Well done on that point.
ill be ordering this kit love it hold on little 570 hold on yes yes yes
would love to c a 650 stock run then an 840 BBK run
I bought my 2018 Can Am Outlander 570 it’s still stock got the stock tires still on it and got it to 73mph!
Travis Crocker same!
how much would it cost to have one put in my 570 xmr 2021
Very nice! Was wondering do you guys have a dyno video on the rancher big-bore kit?

Derek Burns my point^
so when you say that "23.2 hp difference in hp is unreal!", you actually mean that it is not real.
Derek Burns well its not my company or my kit sooo idk what thats supposed to mean

Which part will break first in real world riding? . Rear diff is my guess.
Ted sims rear diff in these is the same as the one in the 1000 bikes.... they all carry the same diff. We make over 100hp at the wheels with those.
Winston Griffin Correct. And that's alot of ponies to the wheels(; lol.
Does this kit include everything needed? Do I need programmers and cranks and other hidden parts? Thanks for your time
Cat Jack nope everything is included to do this
Winston Griffin ok so the cams are included as well?
Cat Jack correct they are included. It’s all on the Griffin Performance website.

what other kit do you have available for the outlander 570? with good clutching and engine mods could it be a mean mud machine on a budget ?

Cat Jack it works on all CanAm 570 engines with the same results.

$1300 kit
Winston Griffin lol fuck that
iLoveJESUS! Gods' Not dead HE's TRULY ALIVE! May God Bless you
51hp stock😂
Dewalt 300 yup probably faster than urs
Yea 51 that’s good for a 570, matches brute force 750 in power
@@ryanschwark2791 Yet, Brutes smash these 570's off the line.
