Corundums (rubies, sapphires of different colors) or octahedral jewels (fluorite, diamonds, magnetite) I've read are useful for meditation
I bought myself ring with lapis lazuli, as soon as I saw it, I knew I have to have it. once when I was reading book I saw Sirians visiting me, like a was part of that family. I also feel like, it generally connects me to ancient world and that it holds some ancient wisdom just by looking at it

Thank you Shannon, as always I really like your explanations of these wonderful stones and crystals. Makes me feel like you're attuned to them and know what you're talking about. This is refreshing since most TH-camrs give me the sense that they're repeating what they've read or heard about a specific stone.
I have to share my experience with Lapis because it's such an important stone for me. I believe it'll help someone and realize they're not alone haha
Few years ago when I went throught my initial spiritual awakening, I felt instantly drawn to this stone. I was less conscious at that time, so it's harder for me to tell how exactly it helped me, however it gave me the ability to express myself, start my TH-cam channel and finally find the strength and courage to talk to my dad. I always had a difficult relationship with my dad, I could never talk with him about how I felt, I would always end up crying and he would make me feel ashamed of crying because well "that's not what a man does" lmao
I always wanted to express my thoughts and feelings to him without feeling overwhelmed. But also, I wanted to stand strong. When confronted to his beliefs and point of views, I did not want to feel shame anymore or feel like I'm a bad person from thinking/feeling a certain way, or having repressed anger towards him.
After working with Lapis for months, I finally went to his house and made the decision to tell him how I felt. For the first time in my life, I did not want to cry or consider myself a bad person for telling certain things. I was comfortable with my truth, my feelings and how I felt towards my dad. It simply was my truth, the truth of my being. My spiritual truth but also my human truth such as emotions I always labbeled as "bad" like anger or guilt. I did not repress them nor did I let myself be controlled by them. I let out my truth and it truly felt liberating. Just by looking at the body language of my father and his reactions shown on his face, he was obviously repressing them, but I could see them. I saw the truth and spoke the truth. I knew what I told him have made a huge impact on him.
Nowadays we still don't talk as much, but I do not feel the burden as heavy as I felt like before. No other stone in the crystal realm had such a great impact on me than lapis lazuli. It's one of many experience I have with this stone, but in all honesty all you said in this video is true and I experienced it. Truth, wisdom, emotional healing, calmer sleep etc.
I recommend this stone to anyone who feels lost and doesn't know where to go. If you don't know what you want and you usually are a people pleaser like me, Lapis Lazuli helps you think for yourself and to be comfortable with your own truth. You don't feel threathened to be different or have a different opinion from your tribe or your friends. Lapis truly helped me become conscious of many things about myself. Because it's a stone of truth and expression, there came a point in my journey where I understood why I did not know what to do with my life. By not listening to my inner compass and guidance and by placing more weight on what others would think or believe, I completely forgot what it is to follow my own truth.
These past few months I could not wear Lapis Lazuli anymore. Now that I am ready once again to see the truth, I can wear it again. If lapis found your way into your life, it's because you're ready to see things and choose more consciously what you will do with your life. :) ❤

This is the first crystal bracelet I bought for my oldest little girl. She is 13. Lapis is, I think, a wonderful and needed first crystal for young souls that are in need of self expression and inner awareness/intuitive aid.
No, Lapis is too heavy for a child. Amazonite and especially Aquamarine are good choices, especially Aquamarine.

I have two stones, they found actually me, I didn't buy them. But I decided to give does two a try, (I look at them as brothers, I know it's silly but..) Anyway I keep them under my pillow when I go to sleep ... they blast me so hard hahaha I had nightmares for like a week, still do. But I love them, they make me strong, and insightful. I see them as my sidekicks, helpers and friends. But nasty piece of work ... Had a dream with them that my third eye opened. I found them very interesting.

Lapis is a stone that really unearths any repressed emotions or issues we have been denying, and it's one of the few stones that I recommend only wearing for short periods of time, so I personally wouldn't recommend it for autism. If calming and focus is the intention, I would reach for Hematite 👍👍

Absolutely! I do notice that metals tend to tarnish very rapidly when near Lapis, but you can combine gemstones with any of the metals. 👍🙏

loveshell007 Tgose qualities don’t really come from Lapis at all, but they do from yellow calcite and carnelian. Lapis will tend to unearth repressed issues, so may interfere with a sunnier more confident outlook 🙏🙏

I am so blocked since I don't like my call centre job but have to just find a way to live with it and dream on to find enough Energy to finish renovating a room for gym, meditation place for me and the piano room what I don't have energy to learn and the writing what I would love to do, like LGBT novels what I can't. One hears always that people can't earn nothing with books. I don't know about it. I would love to have that as my job. I just brought a bracelet yesterday lapis lazuli cause, the color did stand out caught my eye I cleansed it with my white sage incense, also set my intentions, I had it on after most day but when I sleep with it on keep hearing the words truth now a neighbor of mines was brought to the surface and she is rude in real life I start going war with her to let her know that I'm not the one to mess with while doing this I'm very awake in my dream the back and forth is exhausting I'm losing energy so I get up mad at this point trying to find another crystal cause, my anger is outta control I find me barzonite I held in my hand it come me down alot all I could do is say thank Lapis Lazuli idk what is going on here I will never sleep with that crystal again.Do you know another crystal I can pair it with?
I would pair it with an aquamarine or sapphire. The name Sapphire its etymology is related to the planet Saturn. In Vedic astrology lapis, aquamarine, and sapphire are for the planet saturn

Instead of looking at the monitor of yourself. Perhaps look into the camera so that we feel like we're being spoken to, and not just watching you look at your own reflection.
This stone is powerful but you need to purify it by keeping it on Yantra on a Saturday evening. It is more beneficial if it is worn in black thread. There should be a particular number of knots tied in the black thread to keep negative energies at bay. Chant 108 mantra and wear.
