"I'm someone who doesn't quit; I might pause, but I'll never abandon my passion.
I'm incredibly grateful to my Pala; he's my greatest inspiration. He guides me to seek experiences, study diligently, and, above all, follow the teachings of His Holiness the Dalai Lama.
Without a doubt, I wholeheartedly believe in His Holiness and strive to embody kindness daily. He serves as a unifying figure for all Tibetans, and I take immense pride in my Tibetan heritage.
The inception of Dechen Hair Studio is a direct result of my Pala's influence. Starting from scratch, I've amassed invaluable experiences. Unlike my previous work in large fashion and beauty corporations, where tasks were delegated, I now handle every aspect, even sweeping my own studio. Challenges are inevitable, but I refuse to give up. I might take a breather, but I always resume the journey. Exploration remains my constant pursuit.
Balancing personal life, passion, family, mental health, and spirituality is paramount. Amidst the demands of my hair studio, I strive for equilibrium in all aspects of life, ensuring I continue to live, explore, and evolve."
