Why Havildar rank have little hike in basic pension than Sep and Nk in the OROP second revision. Likewise arrears. Hav rank most supressed. Sir if any particular reason for that.
Sir Hav rank is main rank in army. All army is depand on Hav rank.Service 24 years. But pension is very less then other ranks
