Very beautiful house , one thing from my side is , whoever the owner he had a money he shouldn’t have build this beautiful house in narrow place like this , it would have been double triple worth if he would have build with ample space outside of the house . Anyways great salute for the owners quality product and design.

No brother that is the worst design, cause owning this means you are from high class family and you got have atleast 1 cook and 1 maid in the house. So you dont need to cook and that above space could be utilized for something else rather than kitchen

What a beautiful house this is, loved almost everything. Here are my (personal) opinions on this house: 1. Given the total area of the house, the layout could've been better designed for eg. the sofa & living-area is too close to the walking lobby area right on the main entrance 2. Loved the color combinations throughout the house, like the stone flooring & duco painted louvers 3. Loose furnitures like sofas & bed should be of minimal design with natural wood & good-quality fabric 4. Beautiful railing design, loved it
Too much time required in maintaining the decorum of the house at least 10 people required running the house in theses days of unavailability of housemaids /house men who prefer to go to Gulf states
The interior is a WOW; finally, Nepal can brag about ultra luxurious homes, but i doubt if i can say the same for the exterior. It's just plain whitewashed which takes away the actual beauty of the house. Something luminuscious like light blue or yellow could've been added. My parents are looking forward to building another residence in Pokhara, but we're not sure of the design yet. This might give them a hint or two. 🙂

Honestly, I think there’s a lot of investment done basically in BATHROOMS, and BEDROOMS. What I didn’t find was 1) A Walk In Wardrobe 2) A Pooja Room 3) Not many greenery around. I see no point in spending so much money in three (I guess there are 3) big Bathrooms. Living Room is highly neglected which I find a bit odd, shouldn’t it be more lavish than the bed and the bathrooms? And not a single garden area for beautiful flowers/ landscaping…. But just big enormous bathrooms…. It could have been a lot more better when there’s an investment to this level I guess.

i designed a lot of interiors with my taste and i love how this house is made, but i kind of don't feel so SMART and CREATIVE on the Parking areas and and still there are some details and functions about this house that i didn't understand or were missing while building it! First is the only one 2 person jacuzzi on the biggest bathroom they had and the position it was set in.. I didn't like it much. and there are 3-4 other things as well.. But overall, i like this house.. If i had millions i would surely buy thing thing and upgrade it to much more slicker and fun place to spend time with family and friends altogether.
For me, there is just too much going on with colors and patterns that do not complement each other very much. For example, sharp looking room corners will squiggly bed edges look out of place. The house lacks one theme and oscillates between incongruous ideas rather hastily put.
