I bought the Nordic Ware Bee cookie stamps a while ago but haven’t tried them yet. The cookie stamps that I have used for years are much smaller so a 1” ball of dough was the perfect size. Is that a cookie dough scoop that you used? If so, can you share the brand and size?
I bought two sets of these cute cookie stamps from Kohl's in December, I made sugar cookies and they didn't turn out. I did use Pillsbury sugar cookie dough, maybe that was the problem? I didn't roll out the dough. I just took the cookie dough out from the package and pressed on the cookies and it got stuck it was a mess. :(
Hi, we are sorry to hear about your experience. We do suggest using a dough that has very little to no leavening in it like a shortbread style cookie for best results. Also, be sure the dough is chilled before stamping. You can even chill your stamps and the baking sheet you plan to use as well .
