Got stuck in that same ditch, I pulled basically the same maneuver too....
Another thing I noticed is the money unless you sell moonshine or gamble the money stacks max out at 400. My glass case at my house is filled with 400 rolls of cash because my inventory won't combine the cash past 400.
If you sell enough junk at one time it'll stack over $400
@@bubbahead383 Hes not talking about the junkyard or what you get from the NPC. Your inventory will only hold stacks of about 400. I have a stack of 400, 423.01, and 150, but it wont combine them into one stack. You cant take it out of your inventory and stack it.

I have seen some timing gears in the junkyard, also watched a youtuber find a battery in the junkyard like a spare for the moonshine or golf cart
I forgot to save so I had to replay this whole bit again and found a fan and timing gear in the yard lol

I'm loving this game. I've actually been thinking about something like this since early days of my summer car and if my coding skills weren't that of a 3rd grader I probably would have released my own game some years ago
@@bubbahead383 yeah I have a lot of ideas for cool games like this but no skills at all in that department. My best friend is going to school to make games and he's learning everything so hopefully when he gets done we can start a game together, and I'll help him where I can

How do I save? The game
Either at the computer at your home where you start the game, or there's 2 pay phones, one at the parts store and 1 at the junkyard, but they're $50 every time you save
