I like the fact that you can limit smoking 1 ciggarette a day. If you smoke more it will become less enjoyable. I also like you have a break from it. The problem is if you become stressed you will become a 10 a day smoker very soon. I like your videos and comments on life

Smoking keeps people poor. I know someone who smokes, he can't afford to buy the latest tech, can't buy fast food or pay their bills.
Smoking is a meaningless addiction, with no real benefits. It's just an endless cycle of throwing money down the drain.

I'm basically in the same situation, I smoke weed tho... have been smoking a joint a day for like 3/4 years daily before I sleep, it helps me get to sleep faster, when I don't smoke it takes like 15/30 mins which isn't thaaat long but when I do it's legit 2 minutes and I'm out haha, it helps me with my anxiety and yh I would be lying if I didn't say the high is a plus, I am very open to talk to it with my parents because I always felt if I hide it it's because it's bad, and of course it's not good overal but the pros are more than the cons for me, I don't even get the "itch" when I don't smoke for a week or more, just takes longer to get to sleep hehe, but yeah other than that me being anxious to tell them, one more than the other pretty close to your case haha, glad you have supportive and accepting parent like me
That's really really good at your are VERY STRICT about only 1 cigarette a day rule! Don't break it under any circumstance. (keeping my fingers crossed so it will stay 1 or even better you'd stop and smoke one day a week only)
As you get older you are gonna want to smoke more. If you have a love for tobacco at this age, you might want to give cigars or cigarillos a chance. I know you've smoked cigarillos but I'm talking about smoking them the proper way without inhaling. Actually tasting the notes and texture you get from the smoke..hell maybe you might even try to learn how to retrohale! Well you might say that it's not for you because you like to get a nicotine buzz from cigarettes.. but that goes the same for cigars. Although you do not inhale while you are smoking a cigar, you cannot fully block 100% of the smoke going to your lungs and you end up getting a nicotine buzz just as you would a normal cigarette but not as harmful. You never know, you just might like it.

Hey Connie. I really like your videos. I am just wondering is it possible do you might have undiagnosed ADHD? What you said about trying different things and having problems with finishing sounds like it. Actually I was diagnosed with ADHD last month (after 39 years of my life:) ) and now I am being on med and it is so much better than ever before. I think that smoking one ciggy a day in the morning might work as a stimulant for you. ADHD meds might do the same but way, way better (and healthier). Just my thoughts. Thanks

They really just want me to go the traditional path which is getting employed in the office thanks to the degree that I managed to get with their help...
