Frenchcore is a subgenre of Hardcore... So i say it counts just like how X-TRA Raw or Euphoric Rawstyle is a a subgenre of rawstyle which is a sub of Hardstyle. Rawstyle is a mix of Hardcore and Hardstyle btw. :)
Raw is not a mix of hardcore and hardstyle. It is hardstyle. Also ‘Xtra Raw’ is not a (sub)genre on its own, frankly that term shouldn’t even exist. Euphoric Rawstyle is also not a different genre. People should really stop making up new supposed subgenres for everything they hear. Hardstyle comes in many forms, and let’s just appreciate all of it without putting every track in a stupid box. It adds nothing.

In fact, hardstyle itself was birthed from combining elements of hardcore/gabber, hard trance and other "hard dance" genres of the time back in the late 90s, though the term "hardstyle" itself wasn't coined by Q-Dance until 2002. So saying rawstyle is hardstyle combined with hardcore is not really accurate, it's more like rawstyle, especially early rawstyle took more elements from the hardcore sound of the time with more distortion on the kick drums and darker melodies, if a melody was present at all. Ever since then we've just had more producers experiment with different types of sounds.

For me honestly raw would've won but only by one point. One does not simply say no to Regain xD this is just heresy and I felt offended on so many Levels xD but it's all good the mad dog tune was fire aswell. But for the streets (regain remix) is such an ironic track even yet when someone plays that track in a Set the crowd will go mental. Regain is besides Delete,Rebelion and The purge the hardest hitter in the scene right now. But great video! He does this video every end of year, and I assure you, you are gonna find so many amazing songs there that you were never aware of, even I found so many beautiful gems (probably 90% of them). It's an hour long, so you don't have to make a video about it if you don't think it fits this channel, but same as the top 25 video, this one is one of the best of the year, it's a must. Same as the delete recommendation, I can guarantee you will like it. You will be blown away with some of the songs there. You should give it a chance.
