Everytime I hear someone say "aventus vibe" it makes me think of people saying most food taste like chicken.
It does smell like aventus though
People imagine they smell Creed Aventus in everything....
I know it’s so pathetic lol. Aventus isn’t even a good fragrance. It’s garbage in my opinion.
Like it's the HOLY GRAIL or something,I don't really understand it, people wake the "F" up, there's better scents out there than AVENTUS,smmfh....
This is mind blowing... what are you talking about? I got this frangrance here, in Europe, and IT LASTS 8-9 hours, i can even detect it on cloathes the next day(s). It's projection is amazing also. Much much above Boss bottled edt, DG The One, Invictus Intense, G Gentlemen edt, just to name some that I own and which doesn't last as long as Authentic. You really judge the fragrance after it's price tag. Or USA gets stuff from another factory, or Europe has another ingredients approval. It's just so good and intense and long lasting here in europe, I really don't know what is wrong.

Im in love with this fragrance but, on my skin, the performance is shite. Dont know if my nose just adjusts to the smell, but as far as i know it just doesnt perform that well. Still a great scent!
Agree Man !! Smell nothing like aventus , nothin!!! But honestly it smell really good . If you want smell manly ans clean go for it . Perfect office frangrance. Performances are average . But it's cheap and good . Thumbs up
The bottle is so beautiful, so elegant. It's a shame its performance is so weak. A&F has a huge fan community, they should bring powerful releases because everyone is expecting something as great as the original Fierce.

This scent is nice but lasts only 15 minutes then it is completely gone/disolved…
To the untrained nose it’s smells very similar to Armaf club de nuit…. Armaf is the Trenbalone of A&F 🤣🤣

I smelt it last weekend and honestly the first thing that came up in me was Aventus ! Not Completely but that’s what came up in me.

I used the ABERCROMBIE & FITCH AUTHENTIC for 2 years. 4 months ago a guy went to the shop I was working at with a very good smelling perfume, and I actually thought it was the same one I had, and when I asked him he told me it was called "Creed Aventus". It was actually the first time I have ever heard of Aventus, and I barely know anything about fragrances, so for people like me, yes, this one really smell like Aventus.
I agree it smells very similar to aventus or club de nuit…
Is the performance really as bad as they say?
I really love this one. Agreed that it doesn't smell anything like Aventus, CDNIM etc, but it does its own thing and smells amazing to my nose. Super fresh and versatile, and whilst it's not ground breaking it also doesn't smell like anything else in my collection. Performance isn't as bad as it's being made out to be. It's not exactly a beast but it hangs around on clothing and is cheap enough to reapply as required. Under the radar gem.
Think it reminds me of Mancera Cedrat du Bois

First time I sprayed this I thought absolutely not even semi related to Aventus. 2nd time.... 3rd time... OK what is that smell it's so fucking familiar.. I'm saying Aventish now but not a clone per se.
I also spray on clothes and projects a lot better
100% worth picking up. Your nostrils must be broken. I got a 3.4oz for $32 on E-Bay. I love the citrus musk and it actually lasts 5-6 hours with 3-4 sprays.
Note I did buy a Tester bottle. Maybe it’s more potent than in store version
I have it in my store too (in Brazil), to le lasts 7-8 hours. I'm in love with this fragrance. The smell is so unique and I'm receiving a lot of complements.
This is a fantastic and unique fragrance which lasts a bit longer than suggested especially if applied on clothing. Can last 4-6 hours
I wish they would start making EDP’s of their fragrances !
It used to not matter their edc fierce uses to be a room filler but not so much anymore but Let’s see a fierce edt first 🤣 but I agree big fan on there cologne even if it isn’t as cheap and not as much of performance monster as it used to be I think a lot of people would welcome stronger concentrations from the brand instead of having to get get DUA or something like that.
I love this stuff. It's Goldfield and Banks Bohemian Lime, without the lime. For the $26 it's going for on discounters it's a no brainer safe blind buy
Why is every citrus fragance been compared to Aventus ? Like Aventus is the Jesus of the fragrance world, for me personally i even don't like Aventus

This is not an Aventus clone this is an Aventus cologne clone. I own both and they smell pretty much identical except Aventus cologne lasts a lot longer.
I know people knock this fragrance and I just can't see why !!! To me this is solid. It smells better than CDNIM, Explorer etc ! Such a good scent

I realy like these one. And I cant say, that the performance is sooooo bad. At least 4h of performance. Maybe because Im in my room, and doesnt get to blow it off?

You know who compares it to Aventus is the folks who don’t own/wear Aventus on the daily as someone who goes through 4-500ML Aventus every 3-4 months it isn’t even close I don’t get any hit of anything like Aventus at all. Maybe it smells like one of the knock offs that people buy and claim are Aventus like which I’ve never smelt any that are even like Aventus and I’ve bought them all and none are like it with that said performance on this isn’t great I get about 5-6 hours but you have to really wear it heavy 30-40 sprays sounds insane but I spray heavy anyways I spray head to toe out the shower then again on my cloths and once more as I leave and get a ton of compliments and I did get some compliments with this fragrance but it’s still weak but it is pleasant for short time meetings dinners ect. It’s not a fierce fragrance it’s more closer to the classic Abercrombie woods than fierce but again not identical but more closer to that than fierce. First instinct blue the original one in the dark bottle is similar opening kinda but blends more to the woods side.
Love it,grapefruit instad of pineapple and much cheaper than Aventus.😎
Aww this is so sad! I always loved A&F scents! I grew up loving Fierce. I had a bottle when I was in my teens, and it always got me compliments. I have a new bottle now, and I get maybe 4 hours, and it’s so light. Wish they didn’t water down their scents now because their scents smell great! I’ll try this, but it doesn’t sound like a bottle worthy scent unfortunately
I agree. The store Tester was intense and had longevity, however the actual product is extremely weak and doesnt last 5 minutes. A huge waste of money.
Even double spraying does very little. :(

My man try MERCEDES BENZ COLOGNE,it's in the same ball park as DIOR HOMME COLOGNE the clear bottle,I feel MBC has much better overall performance and it's a lot cheaper...ARTISAN PURE by John Varvatos is another real good one,but my all time favorite is NAUTICA VOYAGE to me it's a TIMELESS CLASSIC...

Yeah and it’s funny because Aventus is trash. If Aventus was a brand new fragrance that were to just come out today, I guarantee no one would care for it. It was just the first expensive unique smelling fragrance when it came out and it made people feel superior when they wore it and because of that it became overhyped and worshiped. When I first smelled it I was so disappointed and confused as to why it gets the praise and obsessive worship it gets.

Don't waste your money on the Authentic Night by Abercrombie & Fitch version, it's not that great at all and the performance is even less.

Smells amazing, but only lasts a few hours. The bottle is extremely classy and very heavy. I kept the empty bottle as a paper weight.
I love the smell of this. Pretty unique, but the preformance is bad as you say. An intense version or an edp would be awesome.
Not many have reviewed this one so thanks for doing so Dallas. To me it's very reminissant of Armaf CDNIM but without the darker, smokier notes that comes up later. Haven't smelled Creed Aventus but people say CDNIM is a lot like a smokier batch of Aventus so maybe this is kind of alike with Aventus after all..?
A great review Dallas. Although if you sprayed half the bottle on yourself and walked out, you'd probably get a kick in the teeth. lol a.k.a. a headache.

The Tester unit I tried had good strength and longevity which was somewhat deceptive. The actual consumer product is weak and doesnt last 5 minutes.

Love the fragrance. Really unique. Longevity is good. Even after a shower I could still smell it.
So it turns out that Authentic is an absolute waste of money. The first cologne I have ever bought that virtually does nothing.
The store 'tester' was way stronger and did have longevity.
The one I purchased is very weak and doesn't last more than 15 minutes. What the!!!! In fact 15 minutes is being very generous. It doesn't last more than 5!!

I've been a big fan of Fierce for a number of years now. Fierce has longevity and gets comments from the ladies. :)
I also use Mont Blanc Legend, which as most people know is very similar to Fierce but lacks the longevity. At half the price of Fierce its pretty good value.
So from Abercrombie & Fitch, Fierce is the only cologne I favor. If Authentic was more intense then it would be a favorite too. Oh well.

tested it today in the store and my first thought was.. Okay, it smells like my recent aventus Batch from 2018 with way less darker notes… so sorry dude, but this is def a take on aventus :)
50 € for a 100 ml bottle is Pretty good, i really liked the Opening on the tester but i didnt buy it because i dont know how it performs...

Seen it just today in store (NL) for the first time ever and also got a aventus feel on it, bought it before I'd seen this review. I'd rather spent €70 on this than €200+ on aventus which I don't really like.
